How to engage Futureleap executive search and submit a hiring brief

Futureleap's executive search approach combines targeted market mapping with our private Talent Network and direct outreach to reach relevant Accounting & Finance professionals, including passive candidates who are not actively applying. Candidates are approached privately and introduced only once they have approved a specific opportunity. Employers cannot browse or access the Talent Network. If you have a role in mind, submit a hiring brief and Futureleap reviews the mandate and the most suitable way to support the search.

Futureleap's executive search approach combines targeted market mapping with our private Talent Network and direct outreach. This lets us reach relevant Accounting & Finance professionals, including passive candidates who may not be actively applying, approach them privately, assess fit, and only introduce a candidate once they have approved a specific opportunity. A hiring brief is the structured request that starts this: rather than a self-service job listing, each brief is reviewed by the Futureleap team to confirm the mandate and the most suitable way to support the search — executive search, broader hiring support, or simply posting the role. If you have a live requirement, submit a hiring brief and the team will follow up personally.

Steps

  1. 1Open Hiring Brief in your employer workspace.
  2. 2Complete the brief, attaching a job description if you have one. You can save and return before submitting.
  3. 3Submit the brief — it is given a reference number.
  4. 4Track progress under Requests, and respond there if Futureleap asks for clarification.

Before you start

  • The Talent Network is private and human-assisted. Employers cannot browse or access it, and candidate information is only shared after the candidate has approved a specific opportunity.
  • Executive search and hiring support are separate, specialist services. Standard job posting on Futureleap remains free of charge.
  • A hiring brief is a request for support; it does not publish a public job listing.
  • Futureleap does not guarantee access to, availability of, suitability of, or a response from any particular candidate.
  • Hiring briefs require an employer account attached to a company.
