FP&A Manager

Job Summary

Our client is a well-established regional organisation operating across Asia, with a strong presence in the industrial and retail equipment sector. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the business.

Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.

Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, providing meaningful insights into financial and operational performance.

Partner with business leaders to monitor KPIs, identify trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.

Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.

Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.

Drive continuous improvements in financial planning processes, reporting capabilities and performance dashboards.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and financial plans.

Support ad hoc analysis, board presentations and strategic projects as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) will be an advantage.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis, with managerial experience preferred.
Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a regional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with BI or planning tools is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions.
Self-motivated, commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
